What visitors say

★★★★★

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. A special mention goes to Andrew at the reception desk, who truly made our stay exceptional. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. He kindly arranged a room with a fantastic view, which made our experience even more enjoyable. On top of that, he generously extended our check-out time by an additional hour, which was greatly appreciated and allowed us to enjoy a more relaxed departure. The only downside during our stay was the network/Wi-Fi service in our room, which was occasionally weak and inconsistent. While it did not significantly affect our overall experience, improving the connectivity would make future stays even better. Overall, the outstanding hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and excellent customer service made this a memorable stay. A big thank you to Andrew for going above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future”

“Firstly the reception was kind enough to accommodate a early checkin with a lot of seniors in our group. They fixed a door lock and TV issue within 30 mins of reporting. The best part is location. Our main intention was to be close to Indian restaurants and also close to bus and train. Though we didn't use bus and train a lot, it was definitely nearer to Indian veg restaurants. We walked everyday from the hotel. The lobby was v beautiful. With Chinese new year coming, we loved the decorations. Even the maintenance staff were friendly, they were kind and friendly. Synopsis Well centered location Has it's own and other restaurants in the same building with Indian food options. Closer to Indian restaurants Closer to bus stop and train station. Clean beds and bath. Quick service when requested.”

“Had a pleasant stay here. The rooms were clean but a bit compact. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport and many nearby attractions. There are plenty of dining options around the hotel, including several Indian restaurants within walking distance, making it convenient for Indian travellers. The only area of improvement would be the breakfast, as the vegetarian options were quite limited and could be better. Also tea was not available as part of the breakfast menu. Despite these minor points, it was a great value for money stay, and I would happily stay here again.”
